All products are produced in a professional kitchen in the highlands of Scotland and are fully vegan with no artificial additives or thickness.
The chilli mash base contains a heady mix of fresh, dried & home fermented peppers, lots of lime, roast garlic, vinegars, carrot, tomato, smoked paprika, cayenne and those all important final 2 ingredients.......passion & love!
Most products have a 3 month shelf life if taken care of properly and kept refrigerated. Further info on this and all nutritional/allergen info is supplied on every bottle produced along with a "made on" date.
